Actress Ly Ruotong, known for her role as "Little Dragon Girl", garnered hundreds of thousands of comments after posting videos demonstrating her agility and strength at 60 years old.

On 24/4, the Hong Kong actress posted a workout video on her personal page, assisted by two young men. She displayed strong abdominal and arm muscles. The video attracted thousands of comments on the social media platform Red Note, with many fans admiring her agility.

Ly Ruotong also created a buzz with another workout video featuring Ly Duy Cuong, a renowned Chinese bodybuilder. The actress challenged her flexibility and agility by jumping onto her training partner's back and bending from back to front.

The video received over 15,000 shares and over 60,000 comments. Fans left humorous remarks: "I am Doan Chi Binh, I cannot forgive Ly Duy Cuong", "Do you know how many '80s generation youths wanted to smash their screens because of Doan Chi Binh? Now it's Ly Duy Cuong", and "Her moves are even harder than sleeping on a rope like the Little Dragon Girl."

Many speculated about the relationship between Ly Ruotong and Ly Duy Cuong, but the actress clarified that they are simply gym partners. She stated that fitness enthusiasts often challenge each other to boost motivation during training.

Ruotong worked as a flight attendant before being discovered by an entertainment company and invited to star in a commercial in 1990. She made her mark with TVB's "The Return of the Condor Heroes" in 1995, playing the role of the Little Dragon Girl. The character originally had a beautiful love story with Duong Qua. However, when the Little Dragon Girl was incapacitated, Doan Chi Binh took advantage of the situation. The Little Dragon Girl mistakenly believed it was Duong Qua, leading to many misunderstandings and their separation.

The actress also starred in "Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils", "The Heroine of the Yangs", and "Wudang". In recent years, Ly Ruotong has been active in fashion, television shows, and livestreaming. She is in high demand for advertisements and events. She frequently records videos instructing on gym workouts and muscle training.

In a Weibo video last year, Ruotong stated she is not dating anyone and has no desire to find a boyfriend or start a new relationship. When an associate asked if she would accept a younger suitor, the actress replied that she had previously dated a younger man, but it did not work out. She admitted to once being "madly and blindly in love" to the point of abandoning her career. Now, she has changed and prefers to enjoy the satisfaction her work brings.
