Her full name is Beatrice Rebecca Millan-Windorski, and she is 25 years old.

Bea is Filipino-American, born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in the USA. Prior to Miss Universe Philippines, she competed as Miss Earth USA 2024, where she placed as second runner-up.

She graduated with a degree in history and international relations from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, USA.

Bea Millan-Windorski showcased an attractive physique with a slender waist and toned abs during the pageant's swimsuit competition, earning praise from fans.

She meticulously prepared many flattering outfits, ensuring she stood out during various activities.

During high school, Bea actively participated in various artistic pursuits, including ballet and cello, and was a member of her school's debate team.
