Singer Minh Anh and her sister Minh Anh are the daughters of artist Boi Tran. Together with Ngoc Anh, they formed the group Tam ca 3A. After the group disbanded in 2000, Minh Anh ceased her singing career. She married singer Tien Viet (known professionally as Quoc Viet) in 2003. She currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department at the Vietnam Airlines Corporation Trade Union, while her husband operates a beverage business.
