Vanessa Pulgarin, 35 years old, is Colombian. She competed in Miss Universe 2025, reaching the top 12 before winning Miss Grand All Stars 2026. She is 1.78 m tall, with deep eyes and sensual lips. Pulgarin holds a bachelor's degree in Social Communication from Pontifical Bolivarian University.
For his first participation in Vietnam International Fashion Week, the designer created a collection inspired by the moment the first light appeared, dispelling darkness. Miss Le Hoang Phuong catwalked in a fishtail gown with a thigh-high slit, paired with a cape.

Nguyen Minh Tuan graduated as valedictorian from Hutech University's Fashion Design program in 2016. In 2021, he contributed to Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien's victory at the Miss Grand International final in Thailand. Nguyen Minh Tuan's evening gowns have been worn by Mireia Lalaguna Royo - Miss World 2015, Natalie Glebova - Miss Universe 2005, and Luciana Fuster - Miss Grand International 2023 at numerous events.
