Nam Anh and her sister Nam Em held hands as the winner was announced at the final on 19/6. When the MC called her name as the pageant queen, Nam Anh was emotional, while Nam Em wiped away her sister's tears and offered congratulations.

The Miss Cosmo TP HCM competition began in late 2025, aiming to find a representative from Ho Chi Minh City for Miss Cosmo Vietnam. Under the new format, contestants must win a provincial-level competition or be selected by the local franchise holder. As the national franchise holder is not organizing a new season this year, Nam Anh will advance directly to the Miss Cosmo Vietnam competition next year.

Nam Anh, whose real name is Nguyen Thi Le Nam, is 30 years old and 1.75 m tall. She was the champion of Vietnam Fashion Model 2018 and reached the top 9 of The Face in the same year. In Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2022, Nam Anh won the "best face" subsidiary award and placed in the top 10. Beyond modeling, Nam Anh acts and has ventured into singing.

During the final, Nam Anh competed in group dance, swimwear, and keyword presentation rounds. In the top five Q&A round, she was asked: "Many believe a woman becomes an icon through her achievements. However, others argue that to be an icon, one must leave value for others. Which view do you agree with, and why?" Le Nam responded: "For me, when women pursue their dreams, they inspire others. When women use their talents to contribute, serve, and create value for the community, they become a timeless icon, remembered across generations. To me, beauty is not just in the face or eyes but also originates from the soul."

Nam Em was awarded first runner-up and the "miss people choice" subsidiary award, voted by the audience. Her full name is Nguyen Thi Le Nam Em, she is 30 years old, from Tien Giang. She became known to the public after winning Miss Mekong Delta 2015. One year later, Nam Em was selected to compete in Miss Earth, reaching the top 8. In 2022, she competed in Miss World Vietnam, placing in the top 10. Nam Em chose to return to the beauty pageant scene to rebuild public trust after controversies surrounding her personal life and relationships.

The competition, themed "The New Iconic," began in late 2025 with various activities and subsidiary rounds focused on talent and fashion. It aimed to find contestants with physical beauty, strong communication skills, and good critical thinking. The judging panel included actress Ly Nha Ky, Miss Le Au Ngan Anh, and Nguyen Hoang Phuong Linh.
