Singer My Le cultivates a sprawling 10,000 square meter fruit garden in Ho Chi Minh City, a decade after acquiring the land. Instead of pursuing business ventures, she embraced a tranquil garden life. Her garden features a diverse collection of trees, including mangoes, jackfruits, star gooseberries, and exotic varieties such as Taiwanese golden star apples and Indian pomegranates.
My Le resides with her family in a villa located over 5 km from the garden, allowing her convenient access for its upkeep. She personally selects each plant variety, ensuring proper fertilization and irrigation. During busy periods, she delegates tasks to professional gardeners. Beyond fruit cultivation, she also raises chickens and geese, which not only provide organic food but also add vitality to the garden. The singer explained that she utilizes chicken manure, treating it with microorganisms before mixing it into the soil or applying it directly to the base of the trees. A dedicated section of her land is also reserved for ornamental plants and flowers.
"Whenever I feel tired, I sit and gaze at the plants, breathe the air, and feel much more relaxed," My Le shared. She occasionally invites friends and family to visit her garden on weekends.
