My Tam and thousands count down to 2026

Singers My Tam, Duc Phuc, Vu Cat Tuong, and many artists performed hits, welcoming the new year with the audience on the evening of 31/12/2025.

She headlined the closing night of the Hozo City Tet Fest music festival at Saigon Riverfront Park. After energizing the stage with "Niem tin" and "Vi em da qua yeu anh", she joined the MC for the countdown, extending wishes of prosperity to everyone.

My Tam performed "Chuyen de danh" for her fans, a recent hit she composed. Before My Tam's performance, her protege, singer Duc Phuc, recreated "Phu Dong Thien Vuong", the act that earned him the Intervision music competition championship in Russia in 9/2025. He delivered a dance and rap performance with dancers, hitting high notes over a dubstep background.

Vu Cat Tuong performed songs that evoked a sense of youth with fans, including "Mo", "Vet mua", and "Tung la". The stage utilized lifts, enhancing artistic performances.

Cat Tuong shared that she spent the past hai years celebrating New Year's Eve in Hanoi, expressing excitement to return to Ho Chi Minh City (TP HCM) to welcome the new year with friends and family. For the singer, TP HCM is the place that nurtured her passion for singing, marking her thu nhat time stepping onto a large stage during The Voice 2013 competition. Singing "Illusion", a recently composed song, Cat Tuong urged fans to pursue their dreams.

Suboi brought a hip hop style with the medley "Intro - Cong". She continuously sang and danced with fans, extending the microphone to the audience to hear them sing along.

Rhyder performed the ballad "Tiec cho em", before energizing the atmosphere with his hit "Chiu cach minh noi thua". While singing, he moved to the front of the stage to interact with fans.

Phap Kieu and fans sang "Cung dan tinh yeu".

Phap Kieu captivated fans with his lively conversation and rap songs such as "Loi di rieng", "Cho em di", and "Ba bich". At one point, he feigned a sound issue on stage, then revealed it was a playful trick to encourage the audience to sing and dance the viral "Cung dan tinh yeu" with him.

Most of the audience stayed until 0h to watch the artists perform and welcome the new year. Hozo is part of a large-scale New Year's event series, jointly organized by the Ho Chi Minh City (TP HCM) Steering Committee for Major Holidays.

The festival opened on the evening of 27/12/2025, featuring Phuong My Chi, Hoang Thuy Linh, Hieu Thu Hai, and Truc Nhan. The event first took place in 2019, gathering a lineup of domestic and international stars. In 2024, the ba nights of performances attracted hundreds of thousands of people to the stage on Le Loi Street.
