The singer apologized to her audience on the evening of 15/4, shortly after authorities announced "insufficient grounds for criminal prosecution" against Miu Le. She was identified as a "beneficiary" in a case involving the illegal possession and use of prohibited substances in Cat Ba, Hai Phong.
Do Hoang Vu, Miu Le's management company representative, stated that the singer would comply with the administrative penalty for illegal drug use. She will also seriously adhere to local management measures for one year.
"We are committed to continuing full cooperation and strictly complying with all legal regulations in the subsequent stages," the singer's representative added.

In a press release sent to the audience, the representative conveyed Miu Le's apology for betraying the trust and affection of her fans. Despite not facing criminal charges, the singer fully recognized the serious nature of the incident.
"Involvement with a prohibited substance is a significant mistake, contrary to the ethical standards and lifestyle of an artist, and has caused extremely negative impacts. Miu Le is well aware that her actions have adversely affected the community, setting a bad example, especially for young people. Miu Le is deeply ashamed and regretful of this," the statement read.
Regarding the incident, among the six people caught with Miu Le on 10/5, the Hai Phong City Police Investigation Agency initiated criminal proceedings and temporarily detained three individuals. These include Tran Duc Phong, 35 years old, from Ngoc Ha ward, Ha Noi, and Vu Thai Nam, 24 years old, from Dong Nguyen ward, Bac Ninh province, both on charges of organizing illegal drug use and illegal drug possession. Doan Thi Thuy An, 36 years old, from Cat Ba special zone, Hai Phong, faces charges of organizing illegal drug use. Miu Le and two others, Tran Minh Trang and Vu Khuong An, have not been criminally prosecuted.
Miu Le, 35 years old, whose real name is Le Anh Nhat, is originally from Ninh Thuan. She has been active in showbiz for 20 years as both an actress and a singer. In 2009, she began her acting career with the film "Nhung thien than ao trang" and later gained recognition through projects like "Em la ba noi cua anh", "Ban gai toi la sep", and "Anh thay ngoi sao".
Beyond acting, she is also a singer, known for hit songs such as "Gia nhu co ay chua xuat hien", "Tham thuong trom nho", and "Vi me anh bat chia tay". In 2025, she competed in "Em xinh say hi" and reached the finals.
