The single, titled "loi noi/ just talk", draws inspiration from a story of a broken relationship where two individuals struggled to open up to each other. Through this song, Nguyen Tran aims to highlight the crucial role of connection and understanding in life.
The track features an indie pop-rock sound, rich in narrative depth yet maintaining a youthful and bright feel. The song was written in approximately three days. The opening lines took him the longest to find the right rhythm and emotion, while the chorus was where he invested the most effort to create a powerful climax. Nguyen Tran notes that he is influenced by several international rock idols, including Oasis, John Mayer, and Weezer.
