The fourth Da Nang Asian Film Festival (DANAFF), themed "A Bridge from Asia to the World", is taking place from 28/6 to 4/7. It is jointly organized by the Da Nang People's Committee and the Vietnam Cinema Development Promotion Association. This year's event features several Hollywood figures, including 75-year-old star Jane Seymour, famous for her role as a Bond Girl in "Live and Let Die" (1973).
As part of the program, she conducted an acting masterclass. Jane Seymour stated that the festival offers Vietnamese cinema an opportunity to connect with international filmmakers, thereby sharing culturally rich stories with a global audience.

South Korean actor Ji Chang Wook was among the artists who garnered the most attention from the audience. This marks a rare appearance for the actor at a film event in Vietnam.
The 39-year-old actor rose to prominence with his role in the drama "Smile Again, Dong-hae", one of South Korea's most successful works in the first half of 2011. He made an impression with his handsome looks and acting prowess. Two years later, his role as Emperor Ta Hwan in "Empress Ki" served as a launchpad, establishing him as an A-list star with numerous major awards.

South Korean actor Park Sung Woong wore a suit on the red carpet, marking his second consecutive appearance at the event. The actor stated that he enjoys Vietnamese cuisine, especially pho.

Actress Thien Tu wore a blue evening gown. She previously played the role of little Ngo, the second daughter of Ms. Dan (played by Truong Ngoc Anh) in "The White Silk Dress", "The Immortal Legend", and "For June". She is set to co-star with Tuan Tran in director Nguyen Phan Quang Binh's film "Ho linh trang si", scheduled for release in September.

Upon receiving an invitation to participate in a Vietnamese-South Korean collaborative project, he studied pronunciation, sought guidance from co-stars, and proposed changing dialogue to Vietnamese to connect with the audience. He hopes for more cooperation opportunities between the two countries' film industries.
