On December 8th, Architectural Digest (AD) featured the 30-year-old model's first conceptualized home, developed with architect Kirby Lee and interior designer Heidi Caillier. Jenner calls it her "getaway home," a place to escape her busy Los Angeles life. The specific mountain location remains undisclosed by Jenner and the magazine.

The kitchen features neutral tones, contrasted by a red and white checkered tile floor and a blue oven as a focal point. Jenner shared that the fireplace was her mother Kris Jenner's idea, noting its fit for the home's cozy atmosphere. |
The home's "grandma-chic" style is evident in her choice of materials, patterns, and textures for each item. A large floral sofa in the living room embodies this aesthetic. Most books were sourced from local antique shops.

Kendall Jenner's bedroom boasts a ceiling crafted from recycled wood beams. She aimed to create a space that inspires reading and enjoys waking up in this room. "While I think this place suits older individuals, it also feels like a little girl's room. I feel like a child when I'm here," she added. |

The villa includes two guest bedrooms. One features four bunk beds, accommodating friends and Jenner's nieces and nephews during visits. "I imagine my little nieces and nephews sleeping here, and perhaps my future children someday," she stated.
Currently, Kendall Jenner is an aunt to over 20 children from her eight siblings. She is the only member of her family without children. On Jimmy Fallon's talk show in 2021, Jenner expressed her desire to be a "cool" aunt, loved by the kids.

Speaking with AD, Jenner revealed she spent her first summer at the home last year. She often explores nearby areas by off-road vehicle, bicycle, and hiking. "Life here is very slow. Sometimes I think life would get boring if I stayed too long, but I've never felt that way," she added.

According to AD, a 2020 Airstream Bambi mobile home on the villa's grounds is a final highlight. She shared it was a special birthday gift, without disclosing the giver or the timing. Previously kept in Los Angeles and rarely used, it now serves as a third guest bedroom.
Born in the US in 1995, Kendall Jenner gained fame from her family's reality television show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians. She debuted in modeling at 14 and has since been a prominent figure in fashion publications and major runways. She is currently among the world's highest-paid supermodels. Besides her mountain home, she owns several other properties, including an USD 8,5 million villa in Los Angeles.
