Thousands of spectators await 'Am Vang To Quoc' concert

Thousands of young attendees arrived at My Dinh National Stadium on the afternoon of 28/4 to check in and participate in pre-show activities for the 'Am Vang To Quoc' concert.

From around 4 PM, many young people gathered at My Dinh National Stadium, queuing in the hot weather. The program, which began at 8 PM, was directed by the Central Propaganda and Mobilization Commission and jointly implemented by Vietnam Television, the Hanoi People's Committee, and other related units. The event was held to celebrate the success of the 14th Party Congress, commemorate 51 years of national reunification, and mark the 140th International Workers' Day.

Attendees passed through security checks before entering. Earlier, spectators registered for free tickets via the Tuyen Giao va Dan Van application.

Dieu Ly (left) stated that she had to "watch" the time closely to get tickets, as the highly anticipated program's tickets sold out quickly upon registration opening. She expressed her admiration for singers Hoa Minzy and Duc Phuc, hoping to see grand stages and meaningful performances during the music night.

A group of young friends mentioned they met through an online group and planned to "hunt" for tickets together. They carried the red flag with a yellow star, eager to immerse themselves in the concert atmosphere.

Organizers prepared a photobooth area featuring a newspaper-themed frame celebrating the nation's major events.

The friends reviewed their newly taken photo, expressing joy at preserving memories together.

Two Gen Z spectators displayed their tickets for the Am Vang To Quoc program.

The concert, designed for approximately 40,000 spectators, brought together more than 2,000 artists and performers, along with over 1,000 officers and soldiers from the people's armed forces. Many artists participated, including Tung Duong, Hoa Minzy, Duc Phuc, Anh Tu, Duong Hoang Yen, Lam Bao Ngoc, Phuong Thanh, Pham Anh Khoa, and rock bands Buc Tuong and Ngu Cung.

Nguyen Trung Dung, the general director, highlighted that the concert's focus was the fusion of a symphony orchestra with rock music, integrating 3D mapping technology and live scenery into the stage production.
