The concert, designed for approximately 40,000 spectators, brought together more than 2,000 artists and performers, along with over 1,000 officers and soldiers from the people's armed forces. Many artists participated, including Tung Duong, Hoa Minzy, Duc Phuc, Anh Tu, Duong Hoang Yen, Lam Bao Ngoc, Phuong Thanh, Pham Anh Khoa, and rock bands Buc Tuong and Ngu Cung.
Nguyen Trung Dung, the general director, highlighted that the concert's focus was the fusion of a symphony orchestra with rock music, integrating 3D mapping technology and live scenery into the stage production.
