On 1/3, contestants gathered in TP HCM to prepare for the semifinals and finals, following preliminary rounds in late 2025. Tuyen Duong, originally from Gia Lai (formerly Binh Dinh), stated her readiness for this crucial stage. She is among the notable contestants, with many viewers predicting she will advance further.

Tuyen Duong, a 24-year-old Gen Z model, is a prominent contestant in Miss World Vietnam 2025, drawing attention with her impressive 1.81 m height. Her participation has been met with significant anticipation, as she is considered a strong contender expected to advance far in the competition.

Beyond her modeling career, Tuyen Duong possesses a strong academic background. She graduated with a degree in Industrial System Engineering from the International University, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, and is proficient in English. She currently works as an engineer for a company in TP HCM while pursuing a master's program. "I value education because it greatly supports both my career and personal life", she said.

Fashion houses also selected her for promotional photoshoots featuring diverse styles.

Participating in side activities of the competition, Tuyen Duong impressed with her sweet and figure-flattering outfits.

Tuyen Duong's height, initially a source of self-consciousness, has become a distinct advantage in her modeling career. She recounted that in middle school, she was already taller than her peers, and during puberty, her height rapidly increased, leading her to fear being teased. As she matured, she gradually recognized her height as an asset, particularly when she began modeling.

Her extensive experience in the fashion industry has honed her stage presence. Tuyen Duong has professionally walked the runway for many years, booking shows for designers such as Vu Ngoc and Son, Linh San, and Do Long. She has also been a regular participant in recent Vietnam International Fashion Weeks. Judges have noted her confident demeanor before cameras and crowds, a testament to her seasoned stage experience.

She is honing her etiquette skills and training at the gym for a more toned physique before entering the next important competition round.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tuyen Duong is actively involved in community service. She enjoys participating in charitable activities, helping those in difficult circumstances. For the competition, she introduced a community project, stating, "I believe that within each person lies compassion. When we transform that value into action through practical projects, life becomes more meaningful". In one notable activity, she joined contestant Trieu Tien, Miss Vietnam 2024 Ha Truc Linh, and Miss Grand Vietnam 2025 Yen Nhi to visit and present gifts to residents affected by storms and floods in Song Cau ward (formerly Phu Yen) near Tet Binh Ngo (Lunar New Year).

Miss World Vietnam is a competition that seeks contestants to represent the country at Miss World. Many famous beauty queens have emerged from this platform, including Luong Thuy Linh, Kieu Loan, Tuong San, Mai Phuong, Bao Ngoc, Phuong Nhi, Y Nhi, Dao Hien, and Minh Kien. After the preliminary round, the judges selected the top 50 to advance. During the second stage, contestants Le Ha Trang and Huynh Bich Thoai withdrew, leaving a top 48. These contestants will participate in rounds such as Talent Beauty, Brave Beauty, and Benevolent Beauty before the finals on 29/3. The new Miss will receive the crown from Y Nhi and compete in the 74th Miss World.
