Vinamilk: co-creation key to elevating Vietnam's digital content standards

Le Thi Tram Anh, a representative from Vinamilk, shared her view that brands and creators must collaborate seamlessly to elevate digital content standards at Vietnam iContent on the morning of 29/11.

Le Thi Tram Anh, head of marketing communications at Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk), delivered the opening speech for the morning discussion session.

Vinamilk emphasizes that co-creation is crucial for advancing Vietnam's digital content landscape, highlighting the necessity for brands and creators to work together. This message was delivered by Le Thi Tram Anh, a representative from Vinamilk, during her opening speech at the Vietnam iContent event on the morning of 29/11. The event focused on the theme "For our creators, for our country - the content creation industry rises with the nation."

Le Thi Tram Anh opened the discussion session at 9h with a presentation titled "What brands seek when collaborating with content creators." She expressed both excitement and honor in offering the initial perspective at a major event like Vietnam iContent. Her address was met with applause from the audience, encouraging her confident presentation.

During her speech, Le Thi Tram Anh offered insights into the evolving role of content creators in the digital era. She explained that digital content serves not only as a communication channel but also as a bridge of trust between brands and communities. As consumers increasingly value authenticity, the voice of creators becomes a decisive factor, influencing user perception, behavior, and choices. "We seek alignment in values, not temporary influence. When we share the same value system, content produced by creators truly cultivates consumer trust," Le Thi Tram Anh stated.

In the digital age, collaborations between brands and content creators thrive on mutual respect. Brands must respect the unique creative voice of creators, while creators must be mindful of their responsibilities to both the brand and the community. Le Thi Tram Anh stressed that in the nutrition industry, which directly impacts health, content standards and safety are non-negotiable. Content must be transparent, verified, and accurately conveyed. Only with clear and reliable information can communities make informed decisions and maintain long-term trust in brands.

"Community trust is our most valuable asset. Every piece of content from a creator, no matter how small, contributes to shaping nutritional awareness. Therefore, responsibility and adherence to standards in every shared piece of information are essential requirements," she said.

Driven by this principle, Vinamilk proposes a "co-creating value" model, where brands and creators work towards three shared objectives: protecting Vietnamese health, promoting positive lifestyles, and building a responsible content environment. "Creators can do more than just introduce products; they can inspire positive behavioral changes and make meaningful contributions to society," she added.

For the second consecutive year, the 1,500 m2 space at Military Region 7 stadium served as the venue for Vietnam iContent 2025. Although the main discussion session began at 8h30, the event's entrance was lively and bustling from around 7h. Organizers noted an earlier and larger crowd compared to the first season, indicating the growing appeal of this platform for the digital creative community.

Throughout the morning, thousands visited the exhibition booths to engage in mini-games and receive gifts. The afternoon session, starting at 15h, discussed "Responsibility with public trust," featuring various organizations, businesses, and KOLs. The Vietnam Digital Content Creator Awards 2025 ceremony took place at 19h30 on the same day, recognizing outstanding projects and individuals from the past year. Over 100 celebrities and KOLs were expected to attend the gala.

Vietnam iContent 2025 was jointly organized by the Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, VnExpress, and FPT Online Joint Stock Company. Event programs were livestreamed on VnExpress newspaper, VnExpress Fanpage, and Vietnam iContent 2025 Fanpage.
