Following Manhunt International 2025, Vu Linh is once again participating in an international male beauty pageant. The copyright holder believes his extensive competition experience will be a significant advantage, helping him excel in this return.
The model, from Vinh Long, stated his focus on the national costume segment. Designer Dang Thanh Phap created the "Hon Thieng Au Lac" (Spirit of Au Lac) outfit specifically for him. This design features large crane wings at the back, recalling imagery on the Dong Son drum, which symbolizes a yearning for freedom and aspiration to soar high. The front of the costume depicts an Au Lac boat cutting through waves, representing a journey through hardship to build a future.

According to Vu Linh, the designer prioritized lightweight materials for easy international transport. However, due to the bulky size of the wings, he spent weeks practicing to get accustomed to the costume’s weight, maintaining balance, and controlling his movements to ensure stability and grace during his performance.
"I am confident in my stage presence. When the lights come on, I know how to control my emotions to fully convey the strength of a Vietnamese man", he said.

Nguyen Vu Linh is 32 years old, from Vinh Long, stands 1.86 m tall, weighs 78 kg, and has body measurements of 99-78-98 cm. He was the first runner-up at Vietnam Fashion Model 2018, 4th runner-up at Mister Grand International 2022, was chosen as the Tourism and Media Ambassador for Ninh Thuan province in 2024, and 4th runner-up at Manhunt International 2025. He currently works as a freelance model in TP HCM.
Mister International is a prestigious annual international beauty pageant for men. This year’s final is expected to take place on the evening of 26/9 in Bangkok, Thailand. Vietnam has previously made its mark in this competition with Trinh Bao’s victory in 2018 and Manh Lan’s 1st runner-up title in 2024.
