The private wedding of actors Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin took place on 20/12, with the couple prioritizing secrecy. On 22/12, they shared some photos of their special day with fans through their management agency.

Officiating the ceremony was Zen Master Beopryun Sunim, a figure who offered spiritual guidance to Kim Woo Bin during his battle with nasopharyngeal cancer. Following his initial meeting with the Zen master, Kim Woo Bin has frequently participated in Buddhist events.

Demonstrating their commitment to philanthropy, the couple made significant charitable contributions. Before their wedding, they donated a total of 300 million Korean won (approximately 225,000 USD) to funds supporting burn patients and medical centers. Over the past 10 years, their combined charitable contributions have exceeded 1.1 billion Korean won (approximately 825,000 USD).

According to MK, the couple's wedding photoshoot took place on the day Seoul received its first snowfall of the season. A staff member recalled the day being very cold, but the romantic snowy backdrop transformed the scenes into something cinematic. The staff member shared, "Suddenly, I thought, 'these two will be happy forever'".

The couple first met in 2015 while filming an advertisement. While they seldom appeared together publicly at entertainment events, fans occasionally captured candid photos of them dining or traveling. Their relationship faced a major challenge in 2017 when Kim Woo Bin was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer.
