Doctors performed coronary intervention, angioplasty, and stenting on the severely affected branches. The procedure was successful, restoring good coronary blood flow with no complications. Patients typically live and work normally during this time. Initial vague symptoms include prolonged fatigue, reduced concentration, sleep disorders, and unexplained weight changes. These signs are easily overlooked, or patients may attribute them to work stress or age. "Many people only seek medical attention when they are already in pain, leading to diagnoses only in advanced stages", said Doctor Tam.
