A study by Velez Ocampo et al., published in the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology, surveyed 20 women with melasma treated with a 4-step Nd:YAG laser course (6 sessions, every two weeks). After one month, 70% achieved good pigment reduction, 25% good, and 5% less than expected, with an average satisfaction level of around 93%.
The Fotona Dynamis Max features built-in CoolMist cooling technology on the R35-Nx handpiece, a cooling system with air and water spray, optimizing comfort and safety throughout the treatment process. Meanwhile, the new generation MatrixView thermal sensor accurately monitors skin surface temperature in real time, ensuring control of treatment parameters and minimizing risks.

The device's diverse system of handpieces and treatment heads allows doctors to operate flexibly on many skin areas, helping to shorten treatment time, enhance effectiveness, and improve the treatment experience. The device also supports the professional team in expanding clinical indications, optimizing treatment processes, and improving service quality.
Thanks to the precise pulsing and multitasking capabilities of the Fotona laser system, many complex dermatological problems can be treated effectively and safely. Indications such as non-invasive lifting, eye area rejuvenation, skin quality improvement, or treatment of vascular conditions (telangiectasia, sensitive red skin) are all personalized to suit each skin condition, optimizing results and limiting impact on surrounding healthy tissue.
For difficult-to-treat scars such as acne scars, keloids, or post-surgical scars, Fotona's laser technology supports deep skin restructuring layer by layer, contributing to scar flattening and restoring the skin's natural structure. At the same time, the Er:YAG wavelength allows for micro-peeling of the epidermis, stimulating the regeneration process, helping the skin surface become smoother and firmer after treatment.

Not limited to facial skin treatment, this technology also extends its application to non-invasive body contouring from the abdomen, biceps to thighs, thanks to the non-invasive thermal effect on the deep layers under the skin, supporting lifting and improving body contours.
Fotona's performance and flexible indication capabilities allow each client to have a personalized treatment plan tailored to their individual physique and aesthetic goals. At Citrine Derma Clinic, each treatment course is designed as a comprehensive care process, personalized to the needs and skin characteristics of each client. "By applying modern technology and a flexible treatment regimen, clients can experience gentle, minimally invasive aesthetic methods that still bring clear and sustainable skin improvement results," a clinic representative shared.
Another highlight of Citrine is the close monitoring and accompaniment of clients throughout the treatment process, from in-depth consultation, building a personalized plan to post-treatment care, ensuring effectiveness and creating peace of mind at each stage.
MSc.
