Following its success at Phenikaa University in Hanoi, Fiesta Tour 2025, themed "Speaking Out About Sensitive Topics," continued its journey with two stops in Can Tho: Can Tho University (29/10) and Tay Do University (31/10), attracting thousands of students. More than an educational program, it provided a space for young people to openly discuss, listen, and gain a deeper understanding of reproductive and sexual health – subjects often deemed difficult to talk about but essential.

The program began with opening remarks from DKT Mekong representatives and university delegates. They conveyed messages emphasizing the importance of equipping students – a generation learning self-reliance, self-love, and self-protection – with accurate knowledge on reproductive and sexual health.
The discussions offered students an opportunity to access knowledge on reproductive healthcare, preventing unintended pregnancies, and identifying and preventing sexually transmitted infections. Moving beyond dry theories or statistics, speakers skillfully clarified everyday scenarios, making the information easier for students to grasp and remember.

The program continued with a live question and answer session. Dozens of questions were posed, ranging from common concerns to sensitive topics that required accurate understanding. The friendly, open atmosphere transformed seemingly difficult subjects into easily shareable discussions, helping students perceive learning about reproductive and sexual health as both necessary and positive.
The atmosphere in the hall became more vibrant as students eagerly participated in interactive mini-games, testing their knowledge with engaging questions about reproductive health to win prizes from the Fiesta brand.
Speaking at the event, Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, Senior Partnership and Program Specialist for DKT Mekong, shared: "Speaking Out About Sensitive Topics is an opportunity for young people to equip themselves with essential knowledge on reproductive and sexual health. We aim to provide not just information, but also methods to help them understand how to protect themselves".
The representative added that through its Unitour series, DKT Mekong aims to accompany the Gen Z generation, raising awareness and encouraging young people to take positive action starting today.
From a participant's perspective, Nguyen Hoang Dang, a student of Tourism & Travel Service Management at Can Tho University, found the program beneficial for students, especially young people today. "Social media contains a lot of misinformation, so sharing sessions like these help us understand reproductive health more clearly and accurately", Dang stated.
Tran Bui Nhi, a second-year student from the Faculty of Economics, also expressed: "Previously, I knew very little about this topic. Thanks to the program, I have learned many useful things and feel more confident discussing issues that once made me hesitant".
