The 4th annual "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest officially launched on 9/9 at the Ministry of Health headquarters, with continued support from Herbalife Vietnam. Over the past three years, participation has steadily grown, from over 2,000 registrants in 2022 to over 3,500 in 2023 and nearly 5,000 in 2024. The contest, themed "Beyond Limits - Spreading the Spirit of Healthy Living", seeks individuals committed to personal transformation, demonstrating impressive health improvements and inspiring stories.

Throughout its four seasons, "I am healthier and more beautiful" has attracted participants from across Vietnam, ranging from students and office workers to senior citizens. The contest has received tens of thousands of written entries, photos, and videos, generating millions of interactions and comments on digital platforms. By highlighting inspiring stories and positive change, the program aims to create a ripple effect, motivating the community to prioritize health improvements. Many participants shared that the contest helped them realize that disease prevention begins with daily meals, sleep, and exercise habits.
According to the organizers, the contest emphasizes not just weight loss or physical improvements, but inspiring stories of individuals transforming their bodies, mindsets, and lifestyles through scientific approaches. This makes scientific nutritional knowledge more accessible and practical for the community.

The organizers noted the profound, inspiring stories and emotional moments from last season. "I am healthier and more beautiful" is not a weight-loss competition but a journey of changing perceptions, building community, and promoting positivity in modern society.
This year, the contest introduces new elements to enhance engagement and appeal. In addition to increased online interaction with nutritionists and fitness trainers, the organizers have expanded community-focused categories, encouraging participation from families, friend groups, and clubs, emphasizing the importance of support for a sustainable and meaningful journey.
Vu Van Thang, General Manager of Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia, shared that the contest has become an annual platform inspiring individuals to become better versions of themselves by building healthy habits, including regular exercise and balanced nutrition. "Partnering with Suc khoe va Doi song Newspaper to organize this contest is part of our long-term commitment to nurturing the health and well-being of the people and communities in Vietnam," he said.
Nguyen Thanh Dat, Senior Communications Director of Herbalife Vietnam, added that beyond the contest, the company has various initiatives to raise community awareness about the importance of nutrition and exercise for better health. "Herbalife and each of its independent members are ambassadors, bringing positive healthy lifestyle messages to the community, and many independent Herbalife members are also contestants in this competition," he said.
