One of the most striking aspects of Natasha's story is her positive attitude. She admits to having moments of discouragement, even crying from embarrassment when she couldn't lift a 20 kg weight plate due to shoulder pain. However, instead of giving up, she chose to "keep going and accept it." She believes this mindset has helped her maintain both physical and mental resilience.
For Natasha, exercise is essential. She works out 7 days a week, combining Pilates for flexibility and good posture with strength training using weights. "Exercise is the number one factor for longevity, even more than diet," she asserts. Mental exercise is just as important as physical exercise.
The doctor's diet doesn't follow rigid rules. She usually skips breakfast, using the morning for reflection and journaling. Her first meal of the day typically focuses on lean protein (salmon), healthy fats (avocado), and vegetables (kale, cucumber). Though she rarely eats sugar, Natasha doesn't deny herself small pleasures like ice cream or chocolate, opting for moderation over absolute abstinence. "Everyone's body is different; you have to experiment and listen," she notes.
Additionally, Natasha doesn't randomly use supplements. After a hair analysis revealed a vitamin K deficiency, she began supplementing with B vitamins, calcium, vitamins D3 and K2, and Omega-3s. "Check what your body really needs," she cautions.
Her evenings are filled with joy and laughter as she and her husband enjoy dinner, watch light entertainment, and sometimes dance in the living room. For Natasha, laughter and shared moments are just as important for longevity as exercise and nutrition.
