Investigations revealed that around 40 youths, split into two groups led by 21-year-old Le Viet Hoang and 15-year-old Nguyen Huu Nhat Minh, gathered and initiated a fight on the night of 13/7.

As they moved through several streets in Hoa Lu ward, the teens revved their engines, weaved recklessly, shouted, and threw beer bottles and other dangerous objects at each other. One of the bottles smashed a car windshield.

Police summoned and questioned over 30 suspects. They confiscated several unregistered motorbikes, along with metal pipes, slingshots, homemade knives, and beer bottles.
