Simultaneously, the task force arrested Vi Thanh Tu, 19, Thin’s accomplice, who was riding a motorbike behind the car.
Thin confessed that the drugs originated from Laos. He claimed to have been hired by an unknown individual to pick up the shipment near the Ban Ang hydropower plant in Tuong Duong commune and deliver it to an associate in the northern provinces.
