Tay Ninh Province Police have detained 62-year-old Nga on 14/7 on suspicion of murder.

Nga and his 63-year-old cousin, Ho Van Muoi, lived next door to each other in Kenh Nha Tho hamlet, Nhon Hoa Lap commune. Their families have been embroiled in a long-standing dispute over a land boundary for many years.

During an argument at noon on 12/7, Nga allegedly shot Muoi once in the chest with a homemade gun.

Muoi died later that evening at the hospital.
