Around 5:30 am on 25/4, local residents discovered a woman lying unconscious on a road in Binh Minh commune. She was found approximately 2 meters from the roadside, with an old Dream motorcycle and a goods container nearby. The victim had multiple open wounds on her body and blood stains on the road. Recognizing this as a potential murder, residents immediately reported the incident to authorities.

Binh Minh commune police, in coordination with Ninh Binh provincial police units, promptly cordoned off the scene, conducted an examination, and began searching for suspects. The victim was later identified as Le Thi Hong Minh, 31 years old, residing in Binh Minh 11 hamlet, Binh Minh commune.
Residents reported that Minh had left home early that morning to go to the market to sell goods, as was her daily routine, when the incident occurred. Her motorcycle remained at the scene, with no indications of a robbery.
Local authorities stated that Minh was divorced and supported herself primarily through selling pork.
Investigators have detained one suspect who is currently being questioned to determine the motive for the crime. The suspect's identity has not been released. Authorities initially believe the case may have stemmed from a romantic conflict.
