On 6/4, the Criminal Police Department (PC02) of Ho Chi Minh City Police issued a search warrant for Wang Wen Liang. This notice was distributed to various operational departments of the Ministry of Public Security, border guards across 33 provinces and cities, police departments, and 168 communes, wards, and special zones.

Wang Wen Liang is approximately 1,65 meters tall. He has a high fade haircut, and extensive tattoos cover both of his arms and his right leg.

Ho Chi Minh City Police stated they are investigating a murder that occurred on 29/3 in Nguyen Tri Phuong alley, Dien Hong ward. During the investigation, authorities identified Wang Wen Liang as a suspect in the crime.

Investigative agencies urge any units locating the suspect to invite him to their headquarters for questioning. They should immediately notify Team 3, PC02 Department, located at 459 Tran Hung Dao Street, Cau Ong Lanh ward. Alternatively, individuals can call 0918.209.038 and speak with investigator Nguyen Chi Thanh for assistance.
