On 13/7, 22-year-old Ngan was detained by Nghe An provincial police for investigation of public disorder and property damage.

Ngan "Baby" has performed at events and bars. Recently, she became a TikToker, creating several controversial videos, including dancing provocatively on a beach, holding a sign on a pedestrian street that read "If you're too tired, hug Ngan Baby", and making a shocking announcement seeking a boyfriend with a 50 million VND monthly allowance.

According to investigators, on the evening of 11/7, after leaving an ice cream shop on Le Hong Phong Street, Thanh Vinh Ward, Ngan couldn't start her motorbike. Believing someone had tampered with it, she began shouting and threw rocks at an ATM, a parked car, and damaged the tables and chairs of a nearby cafe.

After several minutes of this, Ngan was restrained by bystanders and handed over to the police.
