This information was presented on 9/4 at the civil judgment enforcement work review conference for the first six months of 2026. The conference was held by the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, Ministry of Justice. The statistical period runs from october of the previous year.
Over the six-month period, the civil judgment enforcement sector processed more than 246,000 cases, achieving a 47,3% completion rate. It recovered and enforced over 83,200 billion VND, an increase of 4,24% compared to the same period in 2025. This result reflects significant efforts by the entire system, given the high volume of work and value to be enforced.

Regarding the recovery of embezzled or lost assets in corruption and economic cases, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department advised on and resolved many complex matters. This led to the completion of over two thousand cases, recovering more than 6,500 billion VND.
In the credit and banking sector alone, the department completed 2,700 cases, recovering 19,600 billion VND. This contributed to resolving debt and ensuring the safety of credit operations.
Additionally, the unit reported progress in digital transformation, having launched a digital platform with important modules: finance-accounting, electronic receipts, decision support, judgment enforcement organization, and citizen reception and complaint resolution via the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC).

Concluding the conference, deputy minister of justice Mai Luong Khoi directed the entire civil judgment enforcement sector to continue operating the new organizational model efficiently. He also called for increased inspection and control in areas prone to errors, such as case verification, classification, asset appraisal, and auctioning of enforced assets.
Regarding digital transformation, he requested the synchronous implementation of solutions to enhance civil judgment enforcement efficiency, aiming for comprehensive digitalization of the enforcement process and ensuring the digital platform operates on "accurate - sufficient - clean - live" data.
"Each leader and civil servant should increase their use of the civil judgment enforcement digital platform's virtual assistants to support their work. The goal is to achieve the targets and tasks for 2026", the deputy minister stated.
