On 4/7, a representative from the Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Department stated that a task force from the Ministry of Public Security arrived at the Quinter Central Nha Trang hotel at 4 p.m. yesterday to conduct an inspection.
At that time, numerous specialized vehicles and dozens of police officers were present both inside and outside the hotel.

According to VnExpress, while the police search was underway inside, large vehicles continued to bring groups of guests to the hotel for check-in.

Around 8:30 p.m. that same day, police carried several boxes of documents out of the hotel and loaded them into a vehicle. The investigation continued throughout the night.
A Khanh Hoa Provincial Police representative said, "There are indications that massage services offered at this hotel complex involve prostitution. The Ministry of Public Security and the Khanh Hoa Provincial Police are coordinating with specialized units of the Ministry to conduct an expanded investigation."

The Quinter Central Nha Trang hotel opened in 2018. According to the hotel's website, it is considered a leading accommodation, entertainment, and wedding convention center in Nha Trang.
The hotel boasts over 150 five-star rooms, two wedding convention centers, a spa, an infinity pool, 50 herbal bath rooms, more than 20 karaoke rooms, and massage services.
