On the morning of 13/7, Tay Ninh provincial police announced the arrest of 22-year-old Quy, a factory worker in Ben Luc commune, about 10 km from the crime scene.

Around 5 p.m. yesterday, the family of the cafe owner, located along National Highway 1, became concerned when they couldn't find her. They later discovered her body behind the cafe with multiple stab wounds.

Police examined the scene and determined it to be a robbery-homicide. After reviewing security footage from inside the cafe and the surrounding area, investigators identified Quy as the suspect.

The investigation is ongoing.
