On 5/8, Bac Nha Trang ward police in Khanh Hoa province announced they are consolidating documents to prosecute three 16-year-olds for motorbike theft.

The group's activities were discovered on the evening of 1/8 by Bac Nha Trang ward police officers who noticed a teenager standing next to two motorbikes, acting suspiciously.

At the police station, the teenager confessed to stealing the two motorbikes with his accomplices. The three teenagers admitted to committing 12 motorbike thefts in Nha Trang and Bac Nha Trang wards since the beginning of July. They targeted beachgoers who parked their motorbikes on the sidewalks in the afternoon without locking the handlebars or having someone watch over them.

Bac Nha Trang ward police brought in the two other teenagers for questioning. All three confessed to their crimes.
