On 8/8, Zhou Yonglin (48), Yuan Tao (36), and Wang Hao (34), all Chinese nationals, were arrested and detained for four months by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Department's Economic Security Division. They are being investigated for violating wildlife protection regulations.

On 1/8, the Economic Security Division inspected Shop Viet Cam in Phuoc Loc village, Nam Nha Trang ward, officially registered under a local woman's name. However, police identified Zhou Yonglin, Yuan Tao, and Wang Hao as the shop's operators and managers.
During the inspection, police found 29 Chinese nationals and 33 Vietnamese nationals working at the shop. They also seized over 1.1 kg of rhino horn, a protected species product.
Initial investigations reveal that from January to August, Shop Viet Cam has been storing and selling products derived from endangered species, including rhinoceros, bear, tiger, and elephant, to Chinese tourist groups.

The shop also displayed and offered for sale various health supplements such as An Cung Hoan FUWAH-HK, Phien Te Quang tablets, FUWAH-HK liver detoxifier, Ngoc Linh ginseng, and Duong Tam Dan. None of these products had invoices or documentation proving their origin.
Police are continuing to verify the specimens and investigate the actions of those involved.
