On 13/7, Hai Phong police charged and detained Nguyen Thanh Long (37) and Nguyen Van Tuan (41) for organizing illegal drug use, under Article 255, Clause 2 of the penal code.

On the afternoon of 8/7, Tuan, Long, and Nguyen Van Dao were caught using drugs at a residence by Hai Phong's drug crime investigation police and other authorities.

Further investigation identified Long and Dao as the organizers of the drug use.

Long is active on social media platforms like Facebook and TikTok under the alias Tien "Bip". He frequently posts videos about gambling scams, expresses his views as an "online gangster", and often shares moral pronouncements.
