Around 10 PM on 11/7, Huynh Cong Chi Anh, his two brothers, 38-year-old Huynh Cong Chi Em and 30-year-old Huynh Anh Kiet, were drinking with Vo Van Giang and Vo Van Teo (ages 36 and 44) in Binh Thuan Hamlet, Binh Thanh Commune.
An argument broke out, and the three brothers were chased and attacked.

Chi Anh and Chi Em were killed at the scene, while Kiet was seriously injured. Giang and Teo fled after the fight.
That night, local police and Dong Thap Provincial Police secured the scene and surrounding areas, apprehending the two suspects.
Investigators are questioning those involved to clarify the circumstances of the killings.
