The investigative agency alleges that from 27/3 to 4/6/2025, Ms. Nga used two social media accounts, "Nguyen Nga" and "Nguyen Thi", to post numerous news items and articles on Facebook and Tiktok. These posts reportedly contained false information, defaming agencies (police, people's procuracy) in Ben Tre province. The articles allegedly insulted the reputation, honor, and dignity of agency leaders, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of relevant units and individuals.
According to the investigative agency, Ms. Nga's actions generated negative public opinion. This behavior reduced public trust in the application of legal provisions by judicial agencies in the province while performing their duties, and affected local security and order.
