Ninh Tuyet Anh, 43, was detained by Ho Chi Minh City Police on 11/4 for allegedly murdering her 49-year-old boyfriend, Mr. Vu. The incident occurred after a dispute following a drinking session in Thanh My Tay ward.

Initial investigations reveal that on the afternoon of 9/4, Tuyet Anh, Mr. Vu, and two other individuals were drinking outside the Nguyen Ngoc Phuong apartment building. During the gathering, an argument erupted between Tuyet Anh and Mr. Vu. Following the dispute, Tuyet Anh left the scene on her motorbike, went home to retrieve a knife, and then returned to confront her boyfriend.

Upon locating Mr. Vu lying near a nearby embankment, Tuyet Anh reportedly approached him and stabbed him multiple times. The victim died at the scene.

Responding to the report, police reviewed surveillance camera footage and gathered witness statements. They quickly identified, tracked down, and arrested Tuyet Anh as the suspect.

Authorities stated that the preliminary motive for the murder appears to be a relationship dispute. The case is currently under investigation.
