According to human resource experts, in today's multi-generational workplace, the challenge for businesses is not only maintaining core values, but also finding a "common language" that connects everyone, making them feel like true members of the team. This inspired Carlsberg Vietnam to transform its company culture into a music video – where slogans are no longer just on paper, but resonate through melodies, dance moves, and shared moments of raising a glass to a common mission.

"If Carlsberg Vietnam's culture were a song, what would it sound like?" – This question sparked the idea of turning the company's culture into a music video featuring its own management and employees.
Inspired by Hoa Minzy's hit song Bac Bling, the music video features witty lyrics, a catchy melody, and energetic choreography. Office corners, production lines at the Phu Bai brewery (Hue), and common areas are transformed into stages. Colleagues become singers, rappers, and dancers, bringing vivid imagery to abstract core values.
One of the most notable moments in the music video is the image of Carlsberg Vietnam's management team immersing themselves in the collective. On the same stage, the gap between "leaders" and "doers" disappears.
"At Carlsberg Vietnam, every position is important, and everyone shares the same rhythm. When leaders truly immerse themselves with their team, the distance disappears," a company representative shared.

As an internal communications product, the music video illustrates the growth culture that has become part of Carlsberg Vietnam's DNA: the Semper Ardens spirit (always burning with passion) reflected in the enthusiasm of each individual, the positive energy radiated in interactions, and the passion for consumers. All these elements are wrapped in brand pride. The company also emphasizes quick decision-making and excellent execution, demonstrated by the speed of project implementation. Another important "trait" of Carlsberg Vietnam is empowering and developing its team, giving each individual the opportunity to shine.
The music video also reflects the company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). From operating engineers to office staff, from Ho Chi Minh City to Hue – members appear together in the music video, regardless of position or seniority. Each person has their own personality and color, but they all blend into the common rhythm of team spirit.
In reality, the company also demonstrates DE&I through its efforts to break down gender stereotypes, providing opportunities for women to maximize their potential. Over 40% of the company's senior leadership are women – a testament to a fair, inclusive, and truly empowering work environment.

Carlsberg Vietnam has just been honored by the HR Asia Awards as one of the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" in 2025, marking the third consecutive year the company has received this prestigious award. This year's HR Asia theme, "Multi-Generation Synergy," is also reflected in Carlsberg Vietnam's music video. In the video, Gen Z brings explosiveness, Millennials bring flexibility, and Gen X transmits experience. All resonate like different musical notes, yet harmonize into a common melody, connecting all generations in a cohesive and sustainable collective.

For Carlsberg Vietnam, company culture is not just slogans on the wall or words in an employee handbook. Culture is an experience lived every day, from the office to the factory, from the management team to each employee. "This music video is just one chapter in that journey, and it also demonstrates that company culture will always thrive when everyone is in sync – every day, with their own stories and steps," a company representative shared.
