Hien Thuc supports students in the Northwest highlands

Singer Hien Thuc and the "delivering sunshine, sharing love" program handed over many school support facilities and gifts to students in Lao Cai and Lai Chau.

The charity program, named "delivering sunshine, sharing love," was organized by 247Express. The project aims to improve living and learning conditions for children in challenging border areas. This also marked singer Hien Thuc's first visit to the Northwest border region.

During this trip, 247Express and singer Hien Thuc assessed real needs, delivering practical support packages to each school. In Sin Sui Ho commune, Lai Chau province, at Nam Xe Kindergarten, the program commenced construction of a semi-boarding kitchen and donated educational toys along with 90 gifts.

At Nam Chay Ethnic Semi-boarding Secondary School in Muong Khuong commune, Lao Cai province, the singer and the charity group handed over a solar-powered lighting and water heater system, outdoor fitness equipment, a set of desktop computers, and a multi-function printer. These contributions support teachers' work and improve semi-boarding living conditions for students. Additionally, the singer and the delegation presented 302 gifts to the students.

The singer of "Nhat ky cua me" also participated in group games with the students. To bring joy to the children in the highlands, she performed a series of familiar children's songs. At the end of the exchange, 200 students from the school presented the charity group with a synchronized performance set to the program's theme song, "delivering sunshine, sharing love."

Hien Thuc shared that this trip brought her immense joy. Standing in the schoolyard, participating in games, and receiving the unexpected synchronized performance from the children, she felt greatly energized. The 8x generation singer hopes the program's next journey will return soon to help more children.

Ms. Pham Thanh Thao, Marketing Manager of 247Express, stated that the "delivering sunshine, sharing love" campaign aims for every 247Express vehicle to not only transport goods and mail but also carry warmth, empathy, and sharing to disadvantaged communities in border regions across the country.

"The facilities handed over today represent the company's commitment to empowering and nurturing education for future generations in the nation's border regions," Ms. Thao said.
