The Kun Marathon Nha Trang organizers will distribute race kits from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on 22/8 at 2/4 Square. Upon arrival at the Kun booth check-in area, parents can scan the QR code sent to them via email one week prior to the race. The QR code will quickly verify information such as parent's name, number of runners, runner's name, bib number, shirt size, year of birth, and gender.

The organizers will then distribute bibs and race kits, which include a shirt, hat, bag, runner's bib, and a matching parent bib. Parents must keep their bibs to ensure they match their child's bib number when picking them up at the finish line.
The Kun Marathon organizers allow parents to authorize a relative to pick up their race kit, provided they present the email containing the QR code sent by the organizers a week before the race.
Bib distribution and T-shirt colors are divided by age group: 6-year-olds wear red, 7-year-olds wear blue, 8-year-olds wear yellow, 9-year-olds wear purple, and 10-year-olds wear green. Race kits include a shirt, hat, and Kun milk. The baseball caps are specially designed for the Kun Marathon, featuring cartoon characters and matching the shirt colors. Bibs also come in five colors corresponding to the age groups, allowing children to easily find their correct running group.
After collecting their bibs, parents and young runners can participate in games and win prizes. A Kun jelly slide is also set up at the square, making the event a fun day for the whole family.
The race begins at 6 a.m. on 23/8. Parents can bring their children to the main stage at 2/4 Square for check-in. Before the start, young runners will be briefed on the rules and safety guidelines, and meet artists Truong Giang, TikToker Tieu Ngao, Boi Boi Mike Den, Trong Thy, and Hao Khang.
The first age group starts at 7 a.m. The organizers divide the runners into small groups to manage the flow and ensure safety on the course. A representative emphasized that safety is the top priority for children. With 2,000 children participating in the Kun Marathon Nha Trang 2025, meticulous preparations have been made, from volunteers and medical staff along the route to dividing the starting groups by age.
"Each child has a matching parent bib to ensure only their guardian can pick them up at the finish line. This system helps us manage the number of young runners, prevent crowding, and provide peace of mind for parents," the organizers said.
Upon finishing, young runners receive medals, reunite with their parents, and continue the festivities on the main stage. Top performers in each age group also receive additional prizes.
The Kun Marathon Nha Trang 2025 has 2,000 participants aged 6 to 10. 1,000 slots were awarded through minigames and another 1,000 through registration.
The children's race is part of the VnExpress Marathon, which has been held in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hue, Ha Long, Da Nang, and Hai Phong. Each event attracts thousands of children and features celebrities, athletes, and well-known figures.
