A representative from the organizing committee stated that the "Journey of Love" received enthusiastic support from doctors and staff at Hue Central Hospital, Long Chau, and its partners. The program targets seriously ill patients with exceptionally difficult circumstances, currently undergoing treatment at cancer, cardiovascular, intensive care, stroke, pediatric cancer, and clinical hematology centers.
The eight buses were divided into three waves, departing on the mornings of 11/2 (24th of the 12th lunar month), 12/2, and 13/2. This morning (26th of the 12th lunar month), the buses transported patients from Hue Central Hospital to Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Da Nang, and Quang Ngai. Responding to the spirit of Resolution 72-NQ/TW from the Politburo and Resolution 282/NQ-CP from the Government, Long Chau's team aims to help people access quality, genuine, well-priced products and optimal services. The company currently operates 2,400 pharmacies, 200 vaccination centers, and employs 20,000 medical staff nationwide.
In recent years, the company has intensified its community activities, gaining recognition with the "Long Chau se chia" (Long Chau Sharing) project. By the end of 12/2025, the program had reached nearly 30,000 people in many provinces and cities, conducting over 30,000 medical examinations. 100% of participants received: blood pressure measurements, blood sugar tests, osteoporosis screenings, ultrasounds, X-rays, and chronic kidney disease risk assessments. Doctors directly provided consultations and dispensed free medicine as prescribed.
In 8/2025, the company partnered with local provincial youth unions, hospitals, and health agencies to provide free examinations and medicine to residents in A Luoi commune, Hue. Long Chau also rapidly mobilized seven tons of medicine to support flood-affected areas in the Central region, promptly caring for and protecting people's health during a difficult period.
