On the morning of 4/9, 33-year-old Alekari stopped at Wollaton Park in Nottingham, believing the crowded area, filled with playing children, would be safe. "I carefully locked my bike and crossed the road to get breakfast. An hour later, everything was gone," Alekari recounted.
All of his possessions, worth over 15,000 GBP – including his computer, passport, and all personal belongings – were inside the panniers attached to his stolen motorcycle.
Devastated, Alekari broke down in tears. "They didn't just take a bike. It was my home, my dream, everything a traveler has. I lost everything," he said.

The Indian traveler is now stranded in England with only the clothes on his back. Ironically, he had safely passed through places many consider dangerous.
"I traveled through Iran, Turkey, and always felt safe. I never had any problems," he stated.
Alekari immediately contacted Nottingham police, but no one came to the scene. He only received a case number over the phone. Video footage from another visitor captured three individuals stealing his motorcycle.
Nottinghamshire Police stated they are investigating but haven't located the bike, appealing to the public for information. Sergeant Daniel Sheasby encouraged anyone with information to contact the authorities.

Alekari began his journey from Mumbai on 1/5. He traveled through 17 countries, covering over 24,100 km, starting with Asian nations like Iran, Nepal, China, and Kazakhstan before reaching Europe, visiting Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.
His journey attracted 180,000 followers on Instagram and 16,000 on Facebook. Africa was his planned next destination after leaving England.
