Sieuthi Thegioi Noithat opens new showroom in Lam Dong

The new Sieuthi Thegioi Noithat showroom in Lam Dong offers a multi-level experiential space, allowing customers to interact with products visually.

Sieuthi Thegioi Noithat opened its new furniture and material showroom on 24/11, located at 142 Tran Hung Dao, Phu Thuy ward, Lam Dong. Spanning four floors with nearly 2,000 square meters of display space, the showroom has drawn a significant number of customers, architects, and contractors.

This large-scale showroom addresses the growing demand for direct product interaction, as consumers increasingly seek transparent and visual purchasing solutions. According to a Sieuthi Thegioi Noithat representative, selecting furniture has historically presented challenges for Vietnamese families. Issues include products appearing attractive in photos but differing in reality, difficulty visualizing items within a true living space, and the common problem of mismatched materials and colors.

The new showroom tackles these issues through a "multi-sensory experience" model. Three of its floors are meticulously designed as complete apartments, featuring living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and dedicated material areas. This immersive setup allows customers to fully experience the space as though they were in their own homes.

An early visitor praised the ability to touch wood grains and evaluate material safety. "The third floor space resembles a real apartment, offering pleasant lighting and the aroma of wood," a customer noted. "Experiencing products directly – seeing, touching, and feeling – provides far greater assurance than viewing them in photographs."

This experiential model also benefits architects and contractors, who can utilize the sample spaces to offer clients more visual and tangible consultations.

General Director Le Dinh Lang explained that the showroom culminates over 10 years of developing an experience-centric furniture business model. Lang emphasized that modern customers seek more than isolated samples; they prefer to experience items within a realistic room setting to gauge suitability. "Our goal is to deliver comprehensive solutions for both families and projects managed by architects and contractors," he stated.

Operating as a "one stop shop," the showroom showcases a diverse range of finishing materials, equipment, and synchronized furniture, significantly reducing selection time for both homeowners and industry professionals. The company also invests in streamlined operations, staff training, 24/7 artificial intelligence (AI) consultation technology, and a robust online platform to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Beyond its physical showrooms, Sieuthi Thegioi Noithat plans to develop a specialized e-commerce platform for the furniture and materials sector. This platform aims to provide: transparent, synchronized product data; comparison tools for prices, materials, and styles; secure transactions; direct connections among manufacturers, architects, contractors, and retail customers; and opportunities for users to participate as affiliates. A company representative stated that this integrated ecosystem will establish a modern supply chain for the furniture industry, minimizing inconsistencies between online and offline interactions while optimizing costs for consumers.

General Director Le Dinh Lang highlighted that the new three-story showroom in Lam Dong reflects a significant shift in furniture shopping: consumers are moving from viewing photos and catalogs to seeking real-world experiences for more informed decisions. "Quality and transparency are our core commitments," Lang asserted. "When customers can see, touch, and feel products directly, they gain confidence and reduce purchasing risks."
