A video capturing the humorous scene during the evening commencement ceremony on 3/9 quickly spread across social media. Many commented jokingly that "the two best umbrella holders in the school were sent on a mission," or that "the umbrella acted like a barrier, splitting the rain in two, leaving the principal to bear the brunt of it alone."
Many called it a "double incident," bringing rain down on the principal's head and into the hearts of viewers.

According to the students, a teacher had previously offered the principal a raincoat, but he declined.
As the rain intensified, two students stepped forward, hoping to shield him, but their clumsiness ended up getting him even wetter.
A university representative stated that the students' action was spontaneous. "Teachers and students here are accustomed to simplicity and practicality. We've seen many positive responses; people are more touched than amused," they said.
The image of the principal's wet attire, according to many, is "more effective advertising" than any flyer.
It evokes the true essence of education: not outward perfection, but a sincere teacher-student relationship, sharing even everyday inconveniences.
Many believe that speaking in the rain demonstrated the teacher's respect for the students, while the act of holding the umbrella showed the students' respect for their teacher.
