Gaucha, from Porto Alegre, graduated from a nanny training course in 2022. Since then, she hasn't received any job offers despite going through more than 50 interviews. She believes her appearance is the reason for her unemployment.

"Initially, I thought it was due to my lack of experience, but after so many rejections, I believe it's something else. My curves attract more attention than my qualifications," she told her over 520,000 followers on her social media page.
According to Gaucha, being too attractive can be a disadvantage in the nanny profession. Many housewives worry that a glamorous caregiver might tempt their husbands.
She feels she's experiencing the opposite of the "beauty premium," which usually benefits those with good looks.

Unable to find work as a nanny, Gaucha transitioned to content creation and quickly gained a large following. "Since my curves always attract attention, I decided to make them part of my job," she shared.
Gaucha says many people perceive her solely as an adult content creator, unaware of her previous aspirations. "Although I'm no longer pursuing childcare, the image of the life I once wanted is still within me. On one hand, there's stability, and on the other, freedom," she reflected.
