Vovo announced that its platform extends the post-purchase experience beyond order completion. A key feature is the "one-touch consignment" mechanism, applicable to eligible products. After a transaction, users can choose to keep, gift, or return the product to the platform's circulation system. The platform then lists the item and facilitates connections with new buyers, ensuring goods continue to circulate.
Upon successful consignment, Vovo credits the corresponding value to the user's account within 24 hours of the transaction's completion. The company states this operational approach enhances shopping flexibility and eases user decision-making.

A Vovo representative stated that the platform aims to expand the user's role throughout the entire shopping process, from product selection to post-transaction decisions.
The company also announced eight guarantee mechanisms: operational transparency, product authentication, delivery tracking, clear participation value, consignment safety, the ability to withdraw accumulated value, fair mechanisms, and account security.
Vovo is pursuing an integrated model of transaction and experience, where users have additional options for managing products after purchase, rather than the process concluding at the payment stage.
A team experienced in cross-border e-commerce and technology developed the platform in TP HCM. The company aims to build a transparent, accessible shopping environment and expand digital economy participation for users.
