Around 4:30 h on 1/2, Phan Thi Chien, 44, residing in Phan Hien village, Vinh Thuy commune, was on her way to Ho Xa market, Vinh Linh commune, to pick up goods when she discovered a gold bracelet on the ground. It was about two fingers wide and nearly one hand span long.

Recognizing the significant value of the asset, Chien immediately called familiar vendors at Ho Xa market to inquire if anyone had lost it. About one hour later, a vendor informed her that the gold bracelet belonged to Vu Hong Viet, 55, who also sells goods at the market. The vendor also provided a phone number for the two parties to connect. Viet had previously dropped the bracelet while loading goods onto a truck.

The gold bracelet, weighing 1.3 cay, was purchased by Viet long ago and is currently valued at over 200 million VND. Upon recovering his property, Viet expressed his joy and gratitude to Phan Thi Chien.
