Le Van Thuong, 40, from Phu Tho province, was found on 3/3. He had gone missing on the evening of 28/2 while swimming at Nhat Le beach in Dong Hoi ward with three friends from Phu Tho and Hanoi. Nguyen Song Lang, 70, a local fisherman, discovered the male body near Tan Dinh village beach in Ninh Chau commune and immediately reported it to authorities.

Verification confirmed the victim's identity as Thuong. After completing necessary procedures, his family received the body and transported it back to his hometown for burial.

Following the initial report of Thuong's disappearance, Nhat Le Border Post, Dong Hoi Ward Police, and other agencies launched an overnight search operation. They also notified local fishing vessels to assist in the efforts.
