Around 10:10 p.m., on National Highway 4B, a motorbike with a Phu Tho license plate traveling from Loc Binh to Loi Bac collided with a Lang Son-plated motorbike moving in the opposite direction in Na Duong commune.

The head-on collision produced a loud sound, throwing the four individuals from both motorbikes onto the road, where they died instantly. Both vehicles were severely damaged, with debris scattered across a 100 square meter area.

The four victims, all residents of Bac Loi commune, were between 15 and 20 years old, including two students.

Police are investigating the cause of the accident. The Lang Son Provincial Traffic Safety Committee visited the victims' families to offer condolences and support, providing 5 million VND to each family.

National Highway 4B, which spans 92 km, connects Quang Ninh and Lang Son. The section where the accident occurred had recently been upgraded and widened from 7,5 meters to 12 meters.
