The heavy rain, coinciding with rush hour, caused significant traffic disruption at intersections.
Around the Hang Xanh roundabout, streets including Dien Bien Phu, Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, and Bach Dang were densely packed with vehicles. On Dien Bien Phu street, connecting District 1 to the former Thu Duc City, thousands of oto and motorcycles formed a queue extending about one kilometer, inching forward.
