According to an announcement from the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Department, vehicle restrictions will begin at 5h on 25/3 and may conclude earlier depending on the actual situation, but will last until the end of the day. During this period, all vehicles will be restricted on Truong Dinh street, specifically the section from Vo Thi Sau intersection to Ly Chinh Thang. This area is home to the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee headquarters, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Hall, and several other city agencies.
In addition to the aforementioned street, the area in front of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee headquarters will also restrict vehicles with 7 seats or more and other types of cargo vehicles. These restrictions apply to: Le Thanh Ton street (from Dong Khoi intersection to Pasteur) and both directions of Nguyen Hue street (from Le Loi intersection to Le Thanh Ton).

During the restriction period, vehicles traveling from Ton Duc Thang to Nam Ky Khoi Nghia can follow alternative routes: Ton Duc Thang - Le Thanh Ton - Dong Khoi - Lam Son Square - Le Loi - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia. Alternatively: Ton Duc Thang - Le Thanh Ton - Hai Ba Trung - Nguyen Du - Pasteur.
For routes from the Dien Bien Phu area to Ly Chinh Thang, vehicles can take these routes: Dien Bien Phu - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Ly Chinh Thang, or Dien Bien Phu - Truong Dinh - Vo Thi Sau - Nguyen Thong - Ly Chinh Thang.
The Traffic Police Department states that officers will be deployed to manage diversions as needed, minimizing disruption to residents in the restricted areas. Drivers are advised to proactively check alternative routes and comply with traffic police instructions to plan their journeys and schedule their time effectively.
